DESCRIPTION:El Día Internacional de Concienciación sobre el Ruido es una campaña internacional de concienciación de los ciudadanos sobre este contaminante ambiental\, que pretende alertar sobre los efectos adversos para el bienestar y la salud de las personas. Esta campaña fue creada en 1996 por el Center of Hearing and Communication (CHC)\, y se conmemora el último miércoles de abril de cada año. \nEl ruido afecta a las personas de múltiples formas\, pero únicamente los efectos auditivos y la molestia parecen ser asumidos realmente\, lo que desincentiva las actuaciones por parte de las autoridades y gestores de actividades ruidosas. En esta jornada\, universidades\, autoridades\, centros de investigación y departamentos de salud pública organizan múltiples actividades para hacer tomar conciencia a la ciudadanía y las administraciones públicas\, llamando a una militancia contra el ruido que consiga\, en el largo plazo\, reducir los niveles existentes\, especialmente en las ciudades. \nFuente: Wikipedia

DESCRIPTION:El mercado navideño\, que estará abierto hasta el 7 de enero 2024\, tendrá en la Plaza de Cervantes a la vez pista de hielo y noria\, y propone un mercado gastronómico de productos exclusivos. Este año la plaza de los Santos Niños también tendrá actividad del Mercado\, enfocado al público más infantil. \nDentro del contrato de ‘Mercados Temáticos’ por el que el Ayuntamiento tiene a la firma Musical Sport como empresa adjudicataria se ha planteado un Mercado Navideño en dos focos\, Plaza de Cervantes y Plaza de los Santos Niños\, con actividades variadas para todo tipo de público. El grueso de la apuesta para este Mercado Navideño vendrá en la Plaza de Cervantes\, donde por primera vez coincidirán conjuntamente atracciones como la noria\, la pista de hielo o el carrusel de época. Además\, los organizadores apuestan por un esquema basado en propuestas\, al estilo de ciudades centroeuropeas. \nEste ‘gastromercado’ de productos exclusivos se unirá a otras casetas navideñas de contenido artístico y ornamental y estará iluminado con un entramado de luces para fomentar su recorrido y su estética. Entre otros\, estos productos exclusivos se propondrán algunos establecimientos como croquetería\, empanadas argentinas\, tequeños\, croissantería\, crepería\, cachopería\, vinos calientes y otras modalidades ampliamente arraigadas en el desarrollo de los mercados de las ciudades culturales europeas. La Feria del Libro como es tradicional seguirá ubicada en la Plaza de Cervantes como emblema cultural imprescindible para entender las Navidades en Alcalá. \nFuente: Ayuntamiento Alcalá de Henares
